Terms of use
Agreement
When you use NotSoDumbbell, you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard EULA. The Apple Standard EULA is the app's license.
Subscription and free trial
NotSoDumbbell is a paid subscription. New subscribers can get a free trial. When the trial ends, Apple charges your Apple ID. The subscription renews at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. To manage or cancel, open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds.
This is not medical advice
NotSoDumbbell and the plans that AI assistants write give general fitness information. They are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you start a training program. Choose loads you can lift safely, and stop if you feel pain.
Plans that AI assistants write
ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants write the plans you import. We check that a plan has a valid format. We do not check that it suits you. You review each plan before you import it, and you are responsible for how you train.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
We provide the app "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, lost data or indirect damages that come from using it.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
